Stroke Wise Quiz

Follow up to the previous Salt Wise quiz with added functionality.

This time we added (anonymous) statistical information on how many people have taken the test and their answers to gain crucial feedback on public awareness on dealing with strokes. The data is stored in MySQL using AJAX based PHP.
